We well could see an opportunistic takeover at a figure under $1, but very doubtful it would succeed, given since 2004 till mid Dec 2007 CNP traded above $4. What is of more concern is a buyer taking say 18-19% & trying to gain board control. Current board may not hold a lot of shareholders votes at present. Unsatisfied shareholders would certainly look at alternative directors if they stood at AGM. Could also be the situation where a couple might think about resigning.
