Noting the fabulous review the other month which has since seen the share price implode following disclosures post review

We know now from a few resent disclosures that the company has unpaid directors and advisors

referring to this statement below that was included when they heralded the end to a successful review and refocus.

Interim Chairman Tony Grist has completed his strategic review and reorganisation of the STEMify education technology group, which includes MyStemKits, the hosted STEM and interactive 3D printerbased curriculum business, and Robo 3D, the manufacturer of award-winning 3D printers. Tony will now step down as interim Chairman and continue as a strategic adviser through his Albion Capital Partners group, to be replaced as Chairman by existing director Tim Grice.

What could that mean

secured creditor, priority creditor (director fees) and unsecured creditor
(advisor fees) and shareholder……. if it all goes to custard

that's an impressive spread across one company
