Time is the key.
If Lynas are given sufficient time to establish a C&L facility in WA as part of Lynas Next 2 then I think we are ok.
Finance should not be an issue as the the Japanese will again be motivated to secure and increase supply.
WES JV or WES takeover is still a possibility if an offer is attractive to shareholders.
