Sorry Raider but I'm not at all sure how that could possibly work at scale to power a ship and the 2nd link is just a bit weird regarding winter petrol, there's no such animal.
We use Alpine and Highland winter blends of diesel which is just blending heating oil with regular diesel no big deal but not petrol. And why is Europe refining excess fuel ?
Maybe i'm just tired
