The receiver took that money and bought two shares at half the price and keep selling to fund his incentive and crushed the value of the one share I bought over 10%.

People discuss shorters, whats my incentive to enter the market on any good news knowing that the director is selling at these high prices to fund buying the same shares at half the price? At the current time none.

I note he is still doing it with another 3B notice released last night.

Again whilst I like the business, until the remaining millions of in the money options are sold on market to fund purchases of incentive shares at lower prices is complete, (and according to the notice there are still 26.000,0000+ available) , imo its best to stand back unless of course you want to give your money to a director rather than smash a shorter.

And yes, many in the same position unable to actually pay for some incentives granted my take the same action rather than taking out a cash loan, it doesn't change the fact of what is happening.

Whilst ever these huge amounts of options are in the money and not expired, the director is selling on market in competition to the buy side traders creating pressure on the share price

It is what it is.

Another 3B released last night indicate there are still over 26,000,000 options in the money which if funded the same way will be sold on market sometime soon along with other longs and shorts - increasing the pressure on the share price until its done

Director has demonstrated he is willing to sell hard into any rise, so expect it to continue until he has drained enough liquidity to get as many shares as he can at lower prices.

This funding program can easily see the share price fall back below the pre announcement price imo

I understand where you are coming from however there is no law against the practice. I mean after an announcement that spiked the share price up makes the transaction look suspect but is quite legal.
