I held through it on one purchase as the price fell back to 60’s because I like the business

What I didn’t expect was that when the massive annoucment came which saw the price rise 25 percent from70 cents to 88, the director would be selling millions of shares post the annoucment it to the move which inspired buyers to fund himself, selling in competition for Liquidity by profit takers and shorts- all of which has seen the gain almost evaporate.

Again nothing illegal, they chose to make a massive price sensitive annoucment and then sell into it to pay for their options

If he believed in the share price he could have funded it via a loan, but his actions show he didn’t and instead he took the money from buyers


I again point out that imo there may be less support to buy this share whilst this insiders “ funding program “ continues,” knowing that 26m more shares could be dumped on your head in the near term along with other long side sells and shorts.

Wait for it to Clear is my suggestion or risk getting shredded buying long whilst it continues
