A number of shareholders have told me about their phone calls and said that the caller says "The directors recommend that you accept the offer", but don't specify exactly which directors. It would be useful to know which company they're calling on behalf of.
A number of shareholders have also reported that the caller said that the offer was "9.5 cpu" - implying that the offer was for cash consideration rather than scrip. Highly misleading.
