You are missing the point. No one is saying that the COC are not experts at what they do but that they are applying the wrong approval criteria for the CE Mark trial that was determined and agreed with BSI & OSL.
The RAndomised trial in 300 patients was NOT required to achieve the minimum requirements of safety and efficacy of the CE Mark trial.
