In my opinion pre licence spp would play out a lot better for us shareholders than if they do it later stages.
Scenario 1: raise capital from spp now, drop the licence announcement, clear skies ahead no obstructions, share price skyrockets to over a $1.
Scenario 2: they drop the licence announcement by May, price goes up, let's say $1. They do the spp then at 15% discount, price goes down to 0.80.
You tell me which one would you rather see play out.
