BRN major shareholders own too much of the stock for anything but a soft takeover - and that would have to be a very good offer to be considered. I think instead they could make some kind of a deal with BRN re % of Akida revenue in return for funding BRN to not require a credit raise (since a credit raise would potentially mean that major shareholders no longer own the majority and the company could be subject to a harsh takeover). Just my opinion of course.
