I wrote to Steve Bliim last week for an update- I got his name and details from investor relations on the covata website. Here is the reply I got on the same day

Covata is currently in suspension pending our re-compliance with ASX listing rules 1 and 2 since announcement of a proposed merger with dataglobal GmbH on 30 January 2019.

As part of re-complying with these rules, we are required to provide audited IFRS accounts of the target for up to the last three years. This process is progressing well and while we had originally expected to resume trade on the ASX by around the end of last month, it is now likely to take a few more days to collate this information.

I expect to make an announcement regarding the status of the Company’s suspension next week. Thanks for your patience.
