I suspect this is what the tribunal deliberation is all about.
1. To see if FAR really have a case, else it's a waste of time
2, To force an amicable settlement meeting which COP in their arrogance did not attend over a year ago.
3. Shorten the PE cycle.
Next 2 months will tell, AJIMHO.
Knock out blow would have to be north of 25c - 29c at least.
