25c for FAR represents $1.4B value. That would be
I admire your optimism and that would be great but $1.4B for 13.7% doesn't feel like a good deal for WPL considering they "acquired" 35% for just $430M. Yes, project is closer to FID plus understand the risks of losing, but PC would get lynched if had to pay up that amount to secure.
Looking at just FAR's slice of 100M barrels that's $14/barrel (expectation is $10 at FID). I realize securing the other 35% with a premium though.
I'd settle for 15c.
