As you state;

This is the first I have heard of this - can you please point to an announcement or further details about this arrangement? Are you speaking of the JV with BHPB?

"this morning results came in and they were not that flash and both FRS and MTH share price dropped as a result"

Surely this would be classed as market sensitive & therefore made public? Again, can you please elaborate as there we no market announcements yesterday?
