Any one know why they haven’t been able to tell us how much they have scaled back.
In addition to BPay, they have physical cheques that have been mailed in. These need to be checked and counted manually. Possibly, they need to be banked and cleared first. They won't know the total amount received until all takings are accounted for. Then, the scaleback can be calculated.
