i would say that the old BOD and everblu were good at what they did . Managed to convince the vendor to exchange the land rights for shares. The vendor could have got a better value joining the neighbours . Well I think it was them who voted the BOD out and take the situation into their own hands and try to extract as much value as they possibly can . Any person with a sound mind would do the same upon realising that the old team were there to drain the life out of the company and fatten their pockets.
