Did they get this approval verbally was it a node of the head or is this written down in a document?
FGF have put out a statement saying ASX approve somthing that they got a trading halt for and then put out another announcement saying that it was not correct.
I hope this isn't the same here for BAS and we have some sort of document to stand by.
