    This has me chuckling. Just imagining how anyone would respond to an annoyed shareholder asking why the dilution event is occuring NOW, at 50%...

    I had a thought, due to constant output of price sensitive news was BM restricted from buying or running a placement? He may have wanted to but had his hands tied? Especially if he wanted to get in on the action?
