Well, Maurice Blackburn have folded their action...couldn't get enough starters! Good news AND...the Levitt Robinson action has stalled...likely victims of that old and true saying - CASH talks and Bullshiiiite walks! Apparently their financial backer couldn't or wouldn't put up a bond to cover likely costs, if they lost.
This should clear the runway somewhat for the potential investors.
I feel somewhat happier...but I'm sure our resident vinegar breeder and negative nellie will find some small angle to continue his masochistic purgings and lashings.
Goodbye Class Actions!
