I bought my first parcel at the similar price and added more around 10. Hold for so many years, no reason to sell now because (1) the dividend is near 5%, good return alone; (2) CEO makes big difference, the new one looks good for me; and (3) technically, a long and solid base has formed, the only way can go is up, and probably alot. JMHO.
