Initiative would suggest forward planning, not working capital.

If it was a CR to repay the Lind debt putting shares in the hands of all holders at 1.2c instead of lind, would this be deemed positive? Clear the debt, secure the shares and make way for sales to be in the blackoving forward.

Coming back to the word intiative again, suggest something to advance one of the other projects, and first thought is Traxys.

The timing of this ann would suggest any intent would be of a positive nature, alternatively they may be finding it hard to get the job done and have no choive to raise to get to sales. Will have yo wait and see.

Key word "Initiative", lets hope their dictionary reads the same as ours.
