"Indo Mines’ Managing Director, Mr Phil Welten, said “This is an excellent outcome for Indo
Mines. The 3 millions shares we receive in Minemakers will provide Indo Mines with
continued exposure to any further upside in the Wonarah Phosphate Project.
Importantly for the Company, the consideration also includes a substantial cash
component, which will provide additional funding for the Company as it continues the
development of its core asset, the Jogjakarta Iron Sands Project.”
