Couple of things to raise and request feedback from other readers:

a) At present we have only raised 7% of the shareholdings of the company. It's a great achievement in such a short time. However to get any resolution across the line we will need a lot more holders to support them.

Spilling the entire Board of Directors is too extreme in my opinion. We will be losing too much experience and knowledge of the company and would send it backwards.

If we do replace the Directors - what will we want the new Directors to do?? What are we trying to achieve? Can we not achieve what we want to achieve by having a shareholder from our group replace one member of the Board of Directors? At present we have three Accountants on the Board/Executive. Why do we need three? If we decide what we want to achieve I believe that we can achieve this by replacing one Board member.

b) The cost of calling an EGM can cost a lot of money. It has to be called within 21 days of the requisition and held within two months. So I don't think we can stop this current raising by calling the meeting. If we want to go ahead with this, we need to think strategically. I believe we should form a working party to thrash out the best way forward with our resolutions.
