Well well... In 2018, the VW group sold about 11 million vehicles.
2025?
Let's keep it simple and say 12 million.
That means about 3 million EVs to be sold by the VW group in 2025.
That equates to somewhere around 150,000 tonnes of LCE. In 2025 alone.
That's quite a lot.
I doubt Ganfeng can supply all that for that one year, especially seeing they have some supply agreements with other companies also..?!

Where will all the lithium come from?

I guess they'll just go to the big pile where all the oversupply will be stored...
