    With respect, Baron, that is not my view. The crims are caught, they are given a trial in a court of law, they are punished if they are guilty and when they've served their punishment, they are released. And that's where we, like any other civilised society, are. We release those who have served their time. End of story. We don't persecute them till a murder or torture takes place; and yes, if they, like anyone else, have slipped and are drowning and shouting for help, we should offer that help. We should know nothing about anyone other than what we are told by that person or what is legal to know. We should not persecute anyone and we certainly not forsake our laws under any circumstances.

    No, I don't know you from a bar of muesli. I'm reacting to the vigilante logic you're expressing here.
