As per MinistrelWilliams's post, maybe they've got some master plan to use the money that they aren't telling shareholders about. What that leaves us with is them lying to the new investors about what the money is for. Overall, not a good picture. Why not just ask existing shareholders to raise the 1million at a 10% discount instead of running to Sophs with a 25% discount. Lack of respect or interest in shareholders is my opinion.
