A bias view occurs 90% of the time when people have an interest/holding/investment...I have no interest in defending property prices and whether they were to rise or fall will not affect me in the slightest, in fact i may have some interesting news on this front for you shortly.
If you want to understand bias views go to a stock on hotcopper and post a negative post, you will have the majority of posters on that thread attacking you as they have an interest and wnat to defend their ego/bank balance.
I have no reason to be biased, i am looking at it from a distance and with a clear head. Its the bulls who are biased, like the bulls on the stock forums, go do a search on centro or virgin blue or babcock and brown or compass etc etc...look at them defend their losing positions.
Poor investment/money management strategies and being blinded by greed...then frozen by fear.
