Proposed raise at 5.4 cents, not bad either.
End result would be MC of $12m - EV of approx $17m after considering resulting cash and debt.
Need way more details which will be in the prospectus but I don't mind how this looks all things considered. Upon saying that, I am probably one of the lucky ones as I got into this (MHM) < 2cents.
