100c cash in the dollar based on 31 March valuation or shares returned, whichever is the higher dollar figure.
ANZ, Merrils, Dresner, ... will all have to get out their cheque books or buy the shares back.
Anything less, then its the courts.
I do not care whether it takes 5 years...but this cannot be swept under the carpet. There are bigger, much much bigger issues being suppressed, and they need to be laid bare for all to see.
