There is always the possibility of ANZ script.
A listed company can issue I think 15% in any one year without sh approval and this could be netted off against the debt they owe to us.
This would take care of a number of us if done in conjunction with the money in trust to buy shares back and possibly a portion in cash.
There are options and things can be achieved if ANZ are prepared to be seen to be attempting to restore cleints to their positions even if not exactly at least financially.
