tinny, Mr Tony Caplin is a well known figure in the finance community in London, for the right or wrong reason is up for debate though.

He has been engaged by MS to write up a report on CVI's business strategy in angola together with a detailed look at CVI's assets or potential assets to be. With this report, MS hopes to convince instos to invest in the CVI story and hopefully give CVI some badly needed register support if they are willing to buy up a large % of the company, removing the free float and limiting the damage done by traders.

Hopefully, if not too much to wish for, I hope the caplin report will provide us with some way of valuing the company as well.
