archer cap has made a substantial invesment. unlikely they willl pull it.

the directors have supported the deal.

unless there is a serious stink i think htere is a very good chance to go through.In the meantime from my enquires-not just limited to the agm- there are quite substantial changes occuring within.

Pretty sure the DD hasnt commenced.

As to the low share price ...
I reckon the directors/principal have enough.

And the rest of the mkt is being possibly overcautious or suspect that there is some serous problems wthin.

this would suggest the deal goinng thru is positive.

- undisclosed problems being discovered
- are there any refinanncing issues?
- general mkt conditions.
