Simon had a very simple project to get off the ground,the Urquhart Bauxite project...only $2.2 start up capital...failed deadlines over 2 years! Previous mineral sands project the plant is lying in a warehouse as the numbers did not stack up, undersold the Sconi project as his negotiating skills or business sense to achieve a better outcome for shareholders was poor...then there was the Melior merger proposal...again an example of very poor business acumen...the shareholders were terrified he was going to loss the remaining cash money that the opposition to him grew so loud.

He refused to resign and is now suing MLM...he cannot see he was the problem.

He was truly the master of disaster.

Simon loves cash with a me first attitude and while you have it you cannot get rid of him
