I think you'll find that that wasn't the ONLY reason why Johnnie left BRT. When is/was the first instalment due for BRT's acquisition of Marshmallowville. Approx. $500k isn't it?
How is BRT going with arranging finance for product manufacturing? Unsecured finance rates in Australia currently 11-12%, HK 8-10%, US 6-7%
BRT could do with an Australian acquistion. They are pretty light on in Australia. They pretty much have the US, Hong Kong and UK sorted, how about an established company such as a distributor in Australia to help sell their product? A profitable long established one would be ideal to sell Toyway's products as well as bring Marshmallow products to Australia. I believe an acquisition at this time would be ideal especially if they can arrange it at around 15c per share.
Some in here have attempted to value BRT based on $20mill revenue but how about USD30-40mill+ for this calender year with the bulk being received between Sept and Nov?
I honestly believe that BRT is ridiculously undervalued.
