So you have lived in Norway ? Most of the populace travel by public transport or peddle power...instead of posting percentages ...try posting numbers of vehicles sold . In fact most Scandinavian towns/cities frown upon cars anyway , some bar cars entirely from the main precincts and have bus and yep electric buses ...but most travel by bike....
Cities here have urban sprawls and are reliant on vehicles where as Scandinavian citizens tend to live in cities , the distances between them are actually countrysides...
Take a trip to these Scandinavian even if its just a holiday....and open your eyes up...and yep we are backward here...
