I'm not too phase by the current selling, if they can reassure us that NPAT will at least be $750m after write downs then for this FY anyway its a PE of 5. The presentation sounded pretty positive so entering at $11-12 is a pretty safe bet. As mention before the target price is about $21 from bankers, at this price makes BNB very vulnerable for a T/O. Don't forget that BNB is one of the most shorted stocks in the ASX, gone from $35+ to only $11.11 you would expect a short covering anytime soon.
New CEO:
BHP attempts to T/O RIO
WBC attempts to T/O SGB
MQG T/O of BNB?!?
MQG is cashed up now and without a doubt they are looking for an acqusition, I'm sure that there will be a lot of cost savings to be saved if they acquire BNB :p
Well the Dow looks ok tonight,
Good luck BNB holders
