If the company had nothing to disclose in response to the ASX query - they would have stated so. If the ASX queried an update on the 9 months of DD for the potential acquisition, and it wasn't close, or 'advanced' negotiations broke down.., I think they would have stated it right away.
The recent CPA ($300k raise) at a premium of 2.3c was enough for me to hold my shares for longer. I dont think any company would give an ASX listed company $300k at a higher rate without knowing a little something.
Buying started to increase prior, broker data indicated more buying in the coming weeks prior to the halt. I have hopes. Two weeks or less until we find out.
