Sounds like a glaring loop-hole if a formal company TH requests are made by the directors in the interests of all holders, yet are ignored as far as overseas holders are concerned for whatever reasons the particular country regulators come up with. Surely it's discrimination at best and open to wroughting for a privileged few at worst. Lets hope local holders aren't taken unfair advantage of in this case?
