Unfortunately Labor's plan doesn't include Zinc Bromide Flow batteries.
How do I know this?
The Labor budget reply speech only talked about Lithium batteries, and Lithium mines
Not Zinc Bromide batteries.
Also the Labor states with Battery subsidies target Lithium not Zinc Bromide Flow batteries.
Another interesting point is that the same LNP pollies that care so much about Coal mines do not care about the Lithium mines.
What all this does highlight @asteroider is that your post demonstrates a lack of understanding of both Labor policy and of Redflow.
Furthermore, you know those mobile phone towers that allow your mobile phone to function?
They all currently have Lead Acid batteries at the bottom of them.
Redflow is targeting to replace those Lead Acid batteries with Zinc Bromide Flow batteries.
Why do this?
Because Zinc Bromide batteries are technically superior in many ways to Lead Acid batteries.
