Sean Corbin continues to feel the pinch from the fallout from Franchise Retail Brands, recently having to sell his house in Arana Hills.

He not only had to repay his bank mortgage, but his mortgage to Silver Chef for unpaid rental equipment while at Franchise Retail Brands and a mortgage to the landlords of his Pizza shop over unpaid rent.
Having signed long term rental agreements and equipment rentals for his Urban Addiction stores, he is stuck operating his pizza shop in Albany Creek and is blacklisted at nearly every retail outlet in greater Brisbane preventing him from opening any further stores.
