Another positive for KNL is the partnership with Kfw. In order to secure their involvement it was necessary to design a Relocation Action Plan (RAP) according to "Equator Principle Standards". The benefit is a significant reduction in the interest which will be charged on the finance. I'm certain that WKT do not have such advantages currently and are unlikely to in future.
