Depends entirely on how much the retail holders will be allocated - if one only held 20,000 or 50,000 shares then getting half that value at 4.2c is almost pointless, but if one is able to take up a few hundred thousand shares at 4.2c after only holding a small amount, then it starts to make more sense.
It is going to be a very interesting month for RFX.
