Owner of the Murrin Murrin mine and associated tenements.

Shareholders;

60% Minara Resources Ltd (MRE)
40% Glencore AG (Switzerland Domiciled)

BUT

Glencore AG now also own approx. 55% thereabouts of Minara Resources Ltd so their direct and indirect interest in the whole setup is approx. 75% thereabouts.

The 2 MRE directors Willie and Ivan are also directors of Glencore, it is Glencore that is paying the money to buy the shares.

And yes they can "creep" their shareholdings in MRE all the way up to just under 90% before launching a compulsory takeover of the remaining 10% of shares.

They'll not get mine cheaply and in fact this is the perfect time to aquire even more while they're getting kicked in the guts.
