Thank you for that. After trying tons of different charting methods, paid lots of money to news letter subscriptions and still lose money, I now use a very simple technique from Optioneeering that I found on the net one day....removed all stress and confusion and allows me to trade on the right side of the trend about 70% of the time. It uses the monthly charts and a simple moving average of 10MMA to determine if to trade. I added some small tweaks (more to help me rationalise my choice of entry I think ) to fine tune an entry....as long as I can participate in about 70% of the trend I am happy...picking a top and bottom is a lottery and pure luck IMO. CBA will be a great buy if it can stay above 71.7 by the end of this month as per my technique....will likely average into it during this time......GLTAH
