I believe the strategic plan is in place already: (per 8 May announcement)
*Preserve value of underlying assets & income streams
*Position CNP to raise equity in order to reduce debt & recapitalis the balance sheet
*Identify other means of reducing debt, including potential portfolio or asset sales (providing appropriate values obtained)

So yes, now waiting to see news on asset sales at one would assume good prices (or they wouldn't be getting sold).
