People I knew kept a severely retarded child against the wishes of doctors.
The child was mentally and physically retarded unable to communicate, walk due to heart and spinal defects
That child needed constant care costing the taxpayer millions and died at 20.
Meanwhile thousands of healthy children die of starvation every day.
Like the Australian Aboriginals--- infanticide should have been carried out by not treating the child after birth.
