    I'm not talking about the difference between one kind or another of money providers.
    I assume they are looking at the easiest path. Another entity involved means more due diligence.Coming from banks and from Altech towards the new partner.
    If one of them fails to respect the contract i assume the other has to take over and pay their share.
    To be ruled unacceptable (the option) it has to be presented first. i understand they are waiting for the offers from the potential candidates.
