    Yep, a very strict process (albeit, one that which doesn't include engagement with OXR shareholders) and very specific, rigid timetable, culminating with approval by the Court to proceed. (They need the Court to agree but shareholders don't get say). We can only hope that the judge is an Ox shareholder!!
