I tend to agree with you regarding asset sales, I think Australia will be strong and the discounts in the US may be quite small.

I really have enjoyed reading both your posts and Swaps on CNP. If I hadnt of just bought VPG today I would have been buying CNP.

buffett have you ever looked at AVE (aged care) or IEF (pubs)? If so I would love your take on them. I think both look amazingly cheap?
