    The share price prior to the initial announcement was 1.0c from 01.03.19 to 05.03.19.
    The initial announcement was on the 06.03.19. and the share price did hit a high of 1.6c but closed at 1.1c.
    The next day the share price closed at 1.0c and stayed there until 15.03.19.

    The share price movement was as expected for an announcement that has no defined material value. A bit of excitement on the day which fades away the next day.

    IMO, using the term "pumped" is a touch exaggerated.
